Google Chrome Translator says Chinese(Simplified Han). When translated, it's about water systems, pumps, etc.

When it had the links, it led to a website in the Chinese(Simplified Han) language. That blog that is now gone, was also in Chinese. This (¹âÑ§ÏÔÎ¢¾µ) is not. Just to clarify.
