I had a yard sale yesterday, and had a ton of stuff stolen by some lady. After talking with a couple different people, turns out she does this every weekend at multiple yard sales. She piles up everything she wants and when you are not looking she books it to her truck. She is has base decals, and has some relation to a resident in stuart mesa housing.
she is hispanic, black hair and drives a large tan truck. So if she comes to your yard sales keep an eye out, especially for electronics.
Just giving everyone a heads up :)

ya I was so mad. I wasn't really upset at the fact that i lost out on money, I was more upset that people are like this, and that it happened at my house. Hopefully when someone seens her they will recognize her! her truck was really big and like a goldish tan color 

Sounds like the lady from my yard sale from last year.. Her and her husband both stole stuff. If they need my stuff that bad they can keep it. I know my husband did follow them to another yard sale and give the people there a heads up about them stealing stuff. 

Disgusting. If they can't afford the prices at a yard sale, they might need to reorganize their priorities. 

ya There was a man with her too. He was following her in a black truck. He didnt walk up to the yard sale he just waited in his truck and when she drove off he followed her.Weird. She pretended not to speak english too which really annoyed me. Why would she ask questions in english, knowing I would answer in english? 

This lady.did.that to us. The following weekend we had another yard sale and she came I asked her about it and gave me money for the stuff she stole. She tried lying but I told her I.knew it was her. I see her on he weekends going from yard sale to yard sale when I go. At one I was looking thru some boy clothes and she grabbed some from me I said excuse me. And she was like sorry I didn't know you wanted those. No they were only in my hands.

Id watch for her and get her license number and report her. 

Ya I think I am going to have a "sting" yard sale. lol The other people I was talking to at my yard sale had problems with her in the past too and urged me to call PMO, so I did. Not to cry about the stuff that was stolen, but to give them a heads up. Hopefully she will get caught one day so she can stop. It is more annoying than anything. 

I seen a lady in a truck cornered in by 3 pmo cars in Stuart Mesa yesterday at a yardsale. Not sure if it was the same but they had her out on the curb and her truck bed was loaded with stuff. 

haha was the truck like a tan/gold color? I remember the MPs saying they had someone pulled over already getting in trouble for something else and it might be her. Do you you remember what her truck looked like? 

I dont remember what color but i think the lady had crazy curly hair, kind of like a many fro. Not sure I wasnt to close. I want to say the truck was a dodge. But not sure.

The Mp that I was talking to said that if she was caught she would no longer be allowed on base, and that she would get a notice to appear in federal court for theft. 

Well I'm glad she was caught. It sucks for.the person who sponsered her in base.
