My husband has been doing the insanity workout to get back into shape. (He has been out of the marines for a bit now, and just got accepted into the police dept.)
I kinda feel bad, sitting back and watching him workout, while I don't, but I must admit, after onle 8 day of the 60, it works. (if you can push through it) ^_^

Why didnt you work out with him?

My husband and i are gym partners and work out buddies along with 2 of his marines..

i love the insanity workouts ! worked great for me

Oh sorry, my dietitian cut out cardio for a month to see if I gain weight, I have dropped down to 88 lbs (5'3") and they don't know why. My husband has gained 30 lbs since he got out.

All I am allowed to do is muscle training, to increase muscle mass, no running, or intense cardio, and the insanity workout is nearly pure cardio. :(

^^^ yikes you sure its "diet" and not a health issue? My brother in law dropped weight out of now where like it was cool.. well come to find out he had/has type 1 diabetes.

Congrats to your husband by the way =]

I don't know, I eat what I always have. (never really worked out) I've always been about 100-105 ish. but suddenly in 30 days I drop 15 lbs. I'm weak, tired, they are testing my thyroid, I dont have diabetes. I have to eat double (which is actually hard btw) and relax. (also hard with twins, and school, and life) Hey, They also put me on a milkshake diet. (I must add the protein powder into a milkshake or smoothie, 2 times a day, alsong with the 5 meals.

My niece has this same problem, she's 3 years old and on a 2,500 calorie diet. She's tiny, we give her "shakes" too, but she's still under weigh.

Mrs Patch --- 11 years ago -

Barbie, do you add protien to her shakes as well? If so, what kind?

Meep, which protien do you add?

Meep --- 11 years ago -

My twins are 7, they are short, and weigh 38 lbs. They have been tested for everything. Dr's say they are healthy, but they also have to eat alot more than other kids. Some people are just super skinny.

I always have been, but it is not like me to lose weight, I never gain weight, but I have never lost it either. (expecially that mush, in a short amount of time)

I'm not sure, the doctor gives her a big box every month when she goes to get weighed in.
