Where to go to look at lights on houses or a Santa land kinda of thingy?

I LOVED going to the botanical gardens in Encinitas. So pretty and not that crowded. Del mar lights sucked in my opinion. Not worth the $14...

This house in San Marcos is pretty great! I also lived in Chula Vista for a long time if your willing to drive BEST lights is Christmas tree circle. Everyone in the neighborhood gets involved.

We went here a couple weeks ago and it was so cute! It's "Santa's vacation house"...you meet Santa & Mrs. Claus and take pictures in the sleigh, the kids get to pick a toy, the whole place is lit up...even on the inside, they give out hot chocolate, hot tea and cookies, you can write a letter to Santa...they donate their own money for every letter written to Santa.

THIS IS ALL FREE!!!!!

From what my friend told me, this place is only known by word of mouth and it can't be found on the internet.

It's open Mon-Sat 5pm-8pm
