Does anyone live in South Mesa 1 hsg? If you do, do you have some pics you won't mind sharing. We requested that housing.I have two dogs and want a pet friendly area.

I think a 3 bedroom we got an address already but we are in Missouri and won't be in Pendleton until later this month. Just curious how much room I have to play with . lol

What is the street name? South Mesa 1 has an east and a west 

I wasn't aware there was an East and West. lol. But I'm assuming on the South Mesa West. We will be in Camp Pendleton on the 20th. We are super excited. Is there a difference on the types of house based on west or East?

I have lived here since they were built in 2008- I have never ever heard of anyone having mice. On either east or west. I'm sure it's possible to get mice if you live by any field. But, it's not ALL of housing.. 

We've had like maybe 2 or 3 mice since we've lived in South Mesa ( about a year or so) not too bad..I wouldn't cal it infested though 

I keep a pretty clean home so hopefully they won't linger around I also have dogs so they will scare them off. lol

yeah,sorry,i used a wrong word,infestation is like millions of mice running in your house,maybe gets bad if you do not take care i guess...

yes ,i hear that a lot,my daughter used to babysit over there,and some other people comment the same,i do not have reason to lie,maybe you are a lucky one,thats why some people get some of the vah money back.. 

I think you're thinking of Stuart Mesa. South Mesa 1 doesn't get any BAH back 

If you live by fields you will always run the risk of field mice anywhere you live.

People get there BAH back because they have a couple of mice?? Weird... Never ever heard that. I had mice when we lived in Stuart Mesa years ago- that was never even an option. They just gave you traps to set. But, that was before it became privatized.

np. id take a pic of our other room...but thers clean laundry all over it! HAHA but its super small. it barely fits a couch and love seat against the walls and its the only carpet downstairs.

there is another layout where you walk into a living room(carpeted area).
