I just moved to WA, State and the commissary is a bit of a drive for me to get to. I'm starting the coupon thing to save money for when i don't go to the commissary. I was wondering what phone apps (preferably android because that is the phone i have) do you find helpful? 

the coupon app on android is great for non grocery items. 

I know that Target has a phone app that they send you coupons like every month or something. Then the cashier just scans your phone.
