Thank you very much for your supportive, kind & thoughtful email. It sincerely means a lot to us here. Yes, as you can imagine, it's not easy by any means to see & read the negativity, however with our various programs, offers and events, it's not uncommon. It's also quite intriguing to see the community engage in the various discussions and causes.

On a more serious note, we owe you and your husband a tremendous THANK YOU for all you do to support & secure our nation. It's families like yours that we keep in mind with Heroes At Home.

If you ladies would like to, please send them an email yourselves. From years of experience I can tell you that working at a Call Center is one of the most stressful and thankless jobs. People are super cruel when they are on the phone, angry, and feel YOU're the company they're angry at w/o taking into consideration that you're just someone doin' there job.

Anyway, I'm glad I could put a smile on their face :)

You know what makes me mad about the ungreatfull people, my sister works at sears for minum wage, she donates 5 dollars from every check to the heros at home program. Infact plenty of minum wage workers donate.
