Good Evening,

We are moving to camp pendelton, wire mt 2 in a couple of weeks and are moving to cottonwood ct, I have heard this has alleyway housing but am not sure. This may sound silly, but I was hoping to see what exactly that looks like. If someone could please help we would greatly appreciate it. Also, is wire mt 2 a good choice? What does the back patio look like? Does anyone have pics to share. 

Basically what they mean by alleyway is that the front of your house doesn't have a driveway, you have to drive behind your house and the garage is at the back, the garages are all like a common area for all the houses. 

Does each house have their own garage or is it one big area where all the garages are? Sorry i am not sure what this means?

Each has their own Garage. 

They are all individual garages, but the driveway area is shared. So it's kind of like expensive townhomes that are all next to each other, but the garages are in the back of the houses and they share a driveway. I'll try and find a picture if I can, I don't live there but I have been there a bunch.

Okay, this is gonna be hard to see probably but in the bottom right pic you see the garages, that's the alleyway showing how the garages are situated. Those are the back of the house, from the front it looks just like townhomes.

So basically from the street you'll see the SIDES of the houses, the patios are off the side like it shows and the front is a walkway area like it shows in the other pic. 

Is this a big party area? 

Not as far as I know, it has been quiet all the times I've been there.

My husband's friend lives there and I think since all the houses are 3+ bedrooms everyone has kids and likes it to be quiet, but I'm sure there are some like in every area that are loud and party but it's been quiet every time we've gone over. 

Yup, there are some partiers down here! Hopefully you don't live next in the 774 houses:) lol. Im just up the hill and some of the pol on that street party til wee hours of the night.
