We have COX right now but it's bundled with our internet and home phone. The signal really sucks cor TV though and our DVR is a piece of crap. Does anyone else have Direct TV and how do you like it? Who are you using for your internet and home phone? 

Direct TV 

We have Dish, which I like and use cox for internet. Although I've heard that AT&T's bundle for internet and home phone is pretty cheap and is really good. 

Direct tv I heard its less expensive.

We have COX and it's ok, but also heard direct is cheaper? Not sure? The internet from cox is good though. 

We have Direct TV and havn't had any problems. We have AT&T for internet and it's been fine as well! We do not have a land line, but AT&T does offer a bundle for a decent price. My husband used to have COX internet and he hated it. If you choose to go with Direct TV let me know and I'll give you my account number as a referance and you and I both will get $10 off our bills for 10 months!

We just switched to Dish and we are paying 60 bucks less a month for cable. 

The reception we get for our Cox cable sucks. We have a scrolling bar on all channels. They have been out twice and not been able to fix it and then they raise our bill. I plan on b!tching them out in the near future. But I do love their internet. 

i just wish we had more choices, at least for internet. it sucks only having once company to choice from. I think cox over charges for there internet. We had Att when we where at 29 and paid 20 bucks a month and it was faster than our 50 internet from Cox.

I have the cox bundle for everything and I havent had any problems with our cable. 

Remember when you call around to ask what your bill will be after the 12 months too 

i sadly have cox tv, i really dislike it. both of my two apartments i have live in, even though i have been on the second floor have no had signal for direct tv or dish which was upsetting 

okay so which one will come out to San Onofre 1 housing? 

I live in San O, not sure which ones will cause we just called Cox 

Cox charges out the wazoo! The internet drops all the time! I am NOT happy...that is why we are canceling everything. We are just going to use netflix, and we are going to get internet through AT&T. 

Cox has extremely poor Customer service, and a high price to pay for cable. I loved having Direct Tv, just didn't like all the cords around the house, and the fact they ran it through my windows and I couldn't lock them if we went anywhere. (We just put a metal bar there so you couldn't open the window, it was just annoying and I think a tad tacky.) But I'd rather do that and pay 50% less than Cox. That's for sure. 

I have thought about going to the cheapest package with Dish and getting Netflix as well. I know quite a few people who do that 

I HATE satellite and COX has been awesome to us so i'm gonna go with COX :)

San O is Cox and Att/Direct TV only.
