Here are pictures of two cakes that I did for today!

Paintball theme

Dark Chocolate Fudge cake with mint oreo filling and mint buttercream icing. Tank, barrel and wall made out of rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. Fondant "paintball" border. (Taste just like eating a Thin Mint or Grasshopper cookie)

Yes hubby got orders back to Quantico. He is leaving at the end of this month and I will be here til the end of April to finish up my last course at Palomar.

I'm a huge mint flavor fan & that's the 1st time I've had mint flavored icing. Can I ask what you added to give it the mint flavoring?

I just added mint extract to my buttercream instead of the vanilla extract.
