Ok, this may sound stupid. I just moved to base housing. There is NO PRIVACY here =(
does any know how to put up curtains for the kitchen door?? The kitchen door has blinds and the blinds move with any kind of air hitting it, or simply walking past it. Since we dont have a "Gated backyard" everyone and their mother can see inside our kitchen. I have this thing... whenever hubby is deployed or is on duty and im alone that someone can just be hanging out there watching lol. IDK im paranoid I just want that kitchen door covered with curtains.
Any suggestions?

Thats pretty much all there is. You will need a power drill.

If it's metal you can go to the craft aisle and buy the super powerful magnets. They are super tiny but VERY strong. Then go to a fabric store and get a small piece of fabric and magnet it around the window. It's not hugely attractive but it works!

We did it at Lejeune and it worked excellent.

does anyone else have this type of door and blinds?? Did you do anything for it?

Is the door like this one minus the two side windows?

missyStar---yes just like that minues the two side windows.

We had a door like that, you need to buy rods for the top and bottom of it and you'll need to drill them in. The curatin thing you can do out of any fabric you like and some people add a little rope after it's tied in the middle. You'll just have to remove them when you leave.

ok. Thank you for the advice! Ill see what I can do. Im not at all an "interior designer" lol

You'll do it!! Those doors are tricky but the kind in the pic is an easy affordable way.
