I recently sent a laptop up to Central CA via UPS well the package was retaped & the screen wont work on the laptop. I have the insurance on it & am trying to file the claim online however, its asking for an account # & I dont know what it is. I have inputted every # on the label that I can think of & find & nothing seems to be working. I am on hold with them right now waiting for someone to help me. If you have ever had to do this or know what the heck they are talking about please please please fill me in haha thanks :) 

If you have the tracking number go to their site and go to the track package link. Input the tracking number and there should be a 6 digit code on the delivery info page and that will be the account number.
