I wish I could help more, but I really only know about a couple of the housing areas...probably not very helpful to you, though I think DeLuz has housing for that range. It's looks to be very nice housing. No pets (I think), but right next to Mary Fay Pendleton and they are building a CDC across the street from it. It also has central a/c. I've heard moving out of there is a huge pain though.

where do you live now? 

Yes we do have kids and right now we are in deluz, but we wanted to move out of here and we were hoping for oneil heights because we heard they were allowing NCO's in there now, but the housing office said only E6 and above, so I guess thats a no go lol. 

I live in Santa Margarita and i like it. We have two dogs so its nice to have the yard and I like that I only have to share a wall with one person, i have nobody above or below me.. My hubby of course loves the garage =) Its a town home style house and its got a pretty decent sized living room, 2 bed 1 1/2 bath. Its for sure better then any apartment!
