I know, I know..another pet thread. I usually don't make them. But I just thought I'd share that I saw two guys peddling puppies on the corner by Applebee's in Oceanside. Are you freaking kidding me? You're pawning dogs off on the street corner? sick. 

Oh they pawn dogs, cats, and turtles. They are there every weekend. Its disgusting. 

Walmart last year. Saw a guy with a red wagon full of english bulldog puppies, no papers, no shot records and was asking $1000 each...

People peddle English Bulldogs around here because they know they're in high demand by Marines. It's a mascot. If the mascot for the USMC was an Eagle people would want that too. 

Can't you report people for trying to sell puppies with out any shot and papers?? especially for 1000.00. I mean I know nothing about animals and the law. LOL. 

Why would it be reportable? (I'm honestly curious...not trying to be mean). I can sell my booger for $100...as long as I don't misrepresent it as something else and someone will pay for it.

It's a rip off, but I don't think it's reportable. You can choose to buy the dog or walk away. People will pay that amount for a bully with no papers. 

It's not so uncommon. Not reportable either if the pets are in good health. Hopefully they find a good home.
