Product Description
Tattoo Soothe Topical Gel is a tattoo numbing cream. It is used to help relieve pain, swelling and bleeding from procedures that repeatedly penetrate the skin. It has a swift, rapid-acting formal of 5% lidocaine, tetracaine and epinephrine. So if you need a product you can count on to keep your client in a more comfortable state, “Tattoo Soothe” is the solution. It can be used for body art and cosmetic procedures, etc.

OK so I went and picked some up earlier. There was a lady being tattoo with it and she said it works great. I put some on my leg and tried it...what can I say it worked. Now it may work better on one person and not as well on another. Also if you have any heart conditions or Diabetes this product may not be for you. Its always best to consult your physician if you have any questions.

heres the link to the ointment....

I will post more results as I get them.

Weird... I think of pain as just being part of a tattoo. Almost seems wrong to numb it! lol

InkSpot --- 14 years ago -

I cannot take the pain to the skin. I will give birth un-medicated over and over again, but the pain from the needle to the skin is not tolerant for me. Mike knows ;)

I personally wouldn't use it but if it helps those that have wanted to get a tattoo and didn't for fear of pain get one, then more power to you. I think it's awesome and a personal choice. But if it does work I'm sure it will drum up a lot more business for you Mike.

I know a girl who got a tat in an "interesting" spot and the guy used that cream. She laughed through the whole tat according to her and the artist. Im POSITIVE it worked for her or she wouldnt have been breathing, let alone laughing.

The pain is sort of the best part, IMO. You go through all of that to get somehing great (hopefully).

i think of pain being apart of it as well, but in my case... im a shaker and a jumper. so it can and has made things difficult. my first tattoo was brutal i was shaking uncontrolably, i jumped w/ # 2

I just hope it opens more people up to the idea now that it wont hurt as bad.

I want one now :)

ALEM --- 14 years ago -

Gah I want my foot one sooooooo bad now!

LoveMyCrazyLife --- 14 years ago -

The tattoo artist who was doing mine had to put that numbing stuff on my forearm only because my hand kept shaking. You could still feel some pain from it but not as bad and it helped stopped my hand from shaking. It does work! :)

Donny --- 14 years ago -

WTF? Only damn reason i liked to get inked is for the pain!

Its like therapy.

Mimi80 --- 14 years ago -

Hmmm. Other uses? LOL. Lidocaine based?? LOL.

saywhat?! --- 14 years ago -

I totally agree about the pain..it's part of the process. Personally I wouldn't use it, but to each his own. :)

Picky Vicky --- 14 years ago -

I vote no on the cream when I get my color done.

Oh have you gotten the translation on my Chinese symbol? I'm totally down for it. Just need to pick a spot for it.
