So I went back home for a couple of months while hubby is away. One of my friends asked me to make a cake for her ex-father in law's 60th birthday. They wanted a western themed cake so here it is... Chocolate Fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate icing. All decor on the cake is made out of fondant and the "dirt" is crushed coco puffs. Fondant rope border around the edge of the cake. Taking orders... if you need something made please contact me via PM.
