There is no DMV on base anymore. It was closed due to budget cuts. You have to go out in town... unless you are just registering your vehicle. That is over on mainside behind pmcu 

I don't know if there is a DMV here but there is a registrations place on mainside. Don't know the number though sorry 

thanks :) I'm wanting to see if I can get one of our vehicles regstered in our home state without having to actually GO to that state. CA traffic laws are such a pain sometimes! 

You should be able to do that at the registration place

the registration place  They do charge a fee for their services on top of any of the DMV fees you'll be paying, they are a middle man... so they aren't really affiliated with any DMV, they just provide service so you don't have to go to the DMV yourself.
