Has anyone or does anyones know anyone who recently moved out of stuart mesa? We are leaving in june and im wondering what the check out inspection is going to be like. We moved out of deluz 2 yrs ago and the check out was HORRRRRRIBBLLLE! Just wondering how picky they are and what all they make you do here? We have only lived here for 2 yrs.  

I think all Lincoln houses are the same... You have to wipe down the counters & appliances, clean the bathrooms, vacumm, and sweep the floors... thats what they told me to do 

Deluz isnt lincoln owned, I think its Huntz? 

yes deluz is hunt and it was a pain when we moved out...like horrible. the things they wanted and made us do were redicilious 

We are moving out this week and were told all we had to do was vacuum, sweep, wipe down the counters and appliances and that is about it.
