OMG, so I let someone use my vacuum, and they sucked up what seems to be a gummy bear, fruit snack or something sticky, it isn't gum. And well, my vacuum has the rotating brushes on it, well the next time i used it, it rubbed all the gummies into my carpet.. how do i get this mess out?

Probably walmart, home depot, maybe the PX. I cant remember where we picked it up. 

Try ice to get it to get really cold and try to pick it out or get a pillowcase or hankerchief (who even has these anymore?!) lay it down over a piece of wax paper and then iron over it. I know it helps with dried candle wax so it may have a similar effect helping it melt. 

Its with the cleaning supplies at almost any store. 

googone says not to use directly on carpet, blot w/ rag... blotting isn't going to help this mess

i take back the wax paper part...I think it was a paper bag instead. Remember those little beads that you would arrange on a spikey template and then put wax paper on top and iron it so that the plastic beads would all melt together? I think my brain was thinking of that at the time...

anyone have a bissel spot bot? I do, but I don't have the solution for it and don't remember how yo use it (we don't have carpet here). You can borrow it if you want!
