Animal controll is closed??? Idk what to do with this cat.. Im NOT a cat person they scare me LOL.. What can i do?

This cat is PSYCHO So any one who is missing a cat that is not friendly towards children adults or other animals and has a mean left hook I have your cat!! She scares me SH!TLESS. Don't get me wrong I am a cat person but this one has the demon it it. I walked into my room and out of no where this thing launched across the room a viciously attacked me and seriously did some damage. I am still bleeding an hour later. What do I do about it?? I feel bad?
