HI, my husband is with the same MEU. During the past MEU's it has always been pick up place same as drop off place. I ask about this one and he said to pick him up from the same place we drop him off....

I did this a couple years back if am not wrong 2000. He wanted to give up his rights so it was easy and fast. I only had to pay for the court :)
