Not sure how they pick who gets upgraded. We live in WM3 and both of our new neighbors have no children. They told me housing said once a house here has been empty for X amount of time they will allow...

That I don't know Hokey. Couldn't you guys try to get approved and close before he gets out? I suppose they don't have to know your plans. You said February, that gives you guys 5-6 months to look for...

Ashley, you get the money back if you buy a home within that 6 month time frame. They will apply the $250 towards I believe closing costs.

Are you Navy Federal members? If so you can call them and see what you pre approve for. It's $250 to apply (after you find out how much you qualify for) and it is good for 6 months. Are you guys able ...
