When we got one we went through Vista Court house and then gave that restraining order to PMO so they had it on file as well since it was a service member.

as far as spine and rehab there is a 300 ded you can pay in payments but that will cover you for the entire year. I paid it 50 dollars a month and it was SO WORTH IT!
